General Air Conditioner Servicing

Normal service for normal wall-mounted fan coil (might have external water pump) includes:

• Washing of filters, casing, and water tray.
• Vacuuming and brushing of coil, blower, and drainage pipe.
• Checking of all units including outdoor units and advice on any issues.
• Checking of outdoor unit gas pressure (Top-up gas will be extra if needed).
• Normal servicing for split system compressor: Brushing and vacuuming compressor.

Normal service for Cassette, Suspended, and Ducted Units (might have external water pump) includes:

• Dismantling washable filter to clean or replace for disposal type.
• Vacuuming to clear drainage for pipeline and unit site.
• Wipe clean cassette decoration panel or aircon diffuser for ducted.
• Normal service for the cassette unit; does not include bringing down the water tray and water pump.
• Wipe clean air return (if any).
• Checking of all units including outdoor units and advice on any issues.
• Resetting.
